Falesia Lima is an online store with handbags and footwear. The seller and owner of the store is ZERIVA sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland. We keep a short, carefully chosen range instead of a large catalogue, and we stand behind every item we send out.

Delivery: to Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia (details on the Delivery page), free of charge, with no minimum order. Order preparation 3–5 business days, delivery 2–4 business days – 5–9 business days in total from placing the order.
Payment: in advance, online – by credit or debit card (payment operator Mollie), in EUR.
Returns: 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. You send the parcel to our return address with any carrier, at your own cost; we refund the money within 5 business days of receiving the parcel or the proof of its dispatch (by law – no later than 14 days from receiving the statement of withdrawal).

What we sell

Our range includes handbags (shoulder bags, shoppers, clutches) and footwear. On every product page we give the gross price, material, dimensions or available sizes, as well as the preparation and delivery time.

How we choose what we sell

We judge every product by the same criteria: quality of make, usefulness in everyday life and a shape that will not look dated after one season. We prefer a few models that are easy to combine to hundreds of items from a supplier’s catalogue – that is why the range is narrow.

How we work

We pick, pack and dispatch orders in our warehouse in Warsaw, at the company’s registered address. Messages are answered by our customer service team, who know the range and the status of orders.

We sell exclusively online. We do not run a physical shop or offer personal collection.

What you will not find here

We do not run a sale every week and we do not cross out prices to make them look like bargains. We do not send advertising messages by e-mail. We do not promise next-day delivery – the delivery time is 5–9 business days from placing the order.

The range changes

We expand the range gradually. We add new models and categories when we have products we can vouch for. Our service rules stay the same whatever is currently in the store.
