At falesiastore.com all orders are paid in advance, online, while placing the order.
Available payment methods
Payments are processed by the payment operator Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, the Netherlands). In the English version of the store you pay:
- by credit or debit card.
The store does not accept cash, cash on delivery or ordinary bank transfers to an account.
How the payment works
At checkout you enter your card details in Mollie’s secure payment form and confirm the payment; your bank may ask you to confirm it additionally (e.g. in your banking app).
Currency and prices
Prices and payments are in euro (EUR). Prices are gross prices – they include VAT. Delivery is free of charge, so the amount payable is the sum of the prices of the ordered products; you can see it in the summary before placing the order.
Payment terms
We release the order for fulfilment once the payment has been confirmed by the operator. If the payment is not completed, the order may be cancelled – in that case no contract is concluded, and you can order the product again.
Security
The connection to the store is encrypted. You enter your card details only in the payment operator Mollie’s form – the store does not receive or store them.
Confirmation and proof of purchase
Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfilment – at that moment the sales contract is concluded. This e-mail is your proof of purchase. We issue an invoice on request – mention it in the order notes or write to us by e-mail.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract or a complaint is accepted, we refund the money using the same means of payment that was used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another one at no additional cost. Rules: “Returns, Complaints and Exchanges”.
