§1. Who uses cookies
The falesiastore.com store is run by ZERIVA sp. z o.o., ul. Ogniowa 2/5, 02-495 Warszawa, Poland, NIP: 5223381852, REGON: 545511135, KRS: 0001261086. Contact: info@falesiastore.com. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
§2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser while you use the store. The store also uses browser storage (local storage and session storage), which works in a similar way – the rules below apply to both technologies. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (they remain on the device for a set time).
§3. Your consent – cookie settings
On your first visit we display a cookie window in which you reject or accept cookies other than strictly necessary ones with a single button – both buttons are equally visible – or choose categories in the settings: statistics and marketing (strictly necessary cookies are always on). We save cookies other than strictly necessary ones only after you consent, and refusing does not limit your ability to buy. We remember your decision for 12 months.
You can change your decision or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
We manage consents ourselves, without an external tool. We record proof of your decision (a random identifier from the so_zgoda cookie, the selected categories, date and time, the version of the window text, language and page address) in the store’s database – without the IP address and without data that allow us to identify you – and keep it for 3 years.
We load Google Analytics 4 only after you consent to statistics, and Google Ads and the Meta and TikTok pixels only after you consent to marketing. Before your decision and after you refuse, these tools are not loaded and receive no data.
§4. Cookies and browser storage in the store

Necessary – work without consent, because the store cannot work without them (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):
- so_zgoda – falesiastore.com (our consent system) – remembering your cookie decision: the selected categories and a random decision identifier – 12 months;
- woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart – falesiastore.com (WooCommerce) – cart contents – until the browser is closed;
- wp_woocommerce_session_* – falesiastore.com (WooCommerce) – shopping session: cart and order – 2 days;
- wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie – falesiastore.com (WordPress) – login to the customer account, only when you log in – until the browser is closed or 14 days with “Remember me”;
- browser storage that does not leave your device: wc_cart_hash_*, wc_fragments_* (cart – until the tab is closed), wpEmojiSettingsSupports (technical check of character support – until the tab is closed).
Statistics – with consent:
- sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_udata, sbjs_migrations, sbjs_session – falesiastore.com (WooCommerce, order source) – where the visit came from (e.g. search engine, ad), saved with the order – until the browser is closed, sbjs_session 30 minutes;
- _ga, _ga_* – Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) – distinguishing visitors and visits in the store’s statistics – up to 2 years.
Marketing – with consent:
- _gcl_au – Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads) – measuring ad conversions – 90 days; when you arrive from a Google ad, also _gcl_aw and _gcl_gb (ad click identifier) – 90 days;
- _fbp – Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta pixel) – measuring the effectiveness of ads and tailored ads on Facebook and Instagram – 90 days; when you arrive from a Meta ad, also _fbc (ad click identifier) – 90 days;
- _ttp, _tt_enable_cookie, ttcsid, ttcsid_* – TikTok Technology Limited (TikTok pixel) – measuring the effectiveness of ads and tailored ads on TikTok – up to 13 months from last use.
The legal basis for using cookies in the statistics and marketing categories is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
§5. Sharing information about purchases
If you consent to statistics or marketing, information about the order you placed (value and products) is received by the tools in the category covered by your consent. Without consent we do not pass any information about the order to them.
§6. Data outside the European Economic Area
Providers of statistics and marketing tools may also process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. The legal bases for the transfer are described in the Privacy Policy (§5).
§7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from using the cart and the customer account.
§8. Payment operator
When you pay, you enter your payment details in the form of the payment operator Mollie B.V.; the cookie rules of that operator apply to its form and pages.
