€0.00 – delivery is always free of charge, whatever the order value. Parcels are delivered by DHL courier to the address given in the order. This is the only delivery method in the English version of the store.
Where we deliver
The English version of the store delivers to the following countries: Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovakia and Slovenia. You can choose the delivery country at checkout.
The English version does not deliver to other countries. Customers in Poland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands can order in the version of the store for their country.
Where we ship from
We pick, pack and dispatch orders from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland: ZERIVA sp. z o.o., ul. Ogniowa 2/5, 02-495 Warszawa, Poland.
Delivery time
The delivery time consists of two stages:

| 1 | Order preparation: 3–5 business days (picking the order and preparing the parcel for dispatch in our warehouse). |
| 2 | Delivery by DHL courier: 2–4 business days from dispatch. |
In total: 5–9 business days from placing the order. Payment is made when the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The expected delivery date is shown on every product page.
Shipment tracking
Once the parcel has been dispatched, we send you an e-mail with the shipment number and a link to track it with DHL.
Receiving the parcel
- Make sure the delivery address is correct and complete (full name, street, number, postal code, town, phone number).
- On delivery you can check the condition of the packaging. If it is damaged, ask the DHL courier to write a damage report and write to us: info@falesiastore.com. Without a report you still keep your right to make a complaint.
Delays
In periods of high demand (e.g. before holidays) or in cases of force majeure, dispatch may be delayed – we will then inform you by e-mail and give you a new date. If we do not deliver the goods on time, you can set us an additional period, and if that period expires, withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the full amount paid.
Personal collection
Personal collection is not available – we sell exclusively online.
